Dr. Ariel Haddad, DO, FACOG, MSCP
Physician & Founder
Dr. Haddad is a board-certified OB/GYN and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with a passion for helping women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and healthy aging through evidence-based, personalized care. She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from Boston University, completed medical school at University of New England, and went on to complete her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baystate Medical Center in Massachusetts.
Dr. Haddad practiced for four years in Seattle before relocating to Davidson in 2018. Having lived and practiced in multiple regions of the country, she values the importance of understanding how each patient’s background, experiences, and personal goals shape healthcare decisions.
She is committed to providing compassionate, collaborative care that empowers women to better understand their bodies and feel supported through every stage of midlife and beyond.


Dr. Jamie Vlasic, DNP, WHNP-BC, MSCP
Doctor of Nursing Practice
Dr. Jamie Vlasic is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with a nursing background in reproductive endocrinology. Passionate about advancing midlife women’s health, she earned both her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Duke University.
Dr. Vlasic is an expert in perimenopause and menopause care, offering hormone and non-hormone therapies while optimizing bone health, lifestyle habits, and sexual wellness. Guided by evidence-based medicine, she is dedicated to personalized care built on trust and partnership.
Dr. Vlasic stays active in leading professional organizations, attends national conferences, and engages in peer learning communities to remain at the forefront of women’s and gender-related health. Beyond clinical practice, she enjoys family adventures around Lake Norman and cozy evenings at home with her husband, two daughters, and dogs and cats.
Julia Thompson, RN
Registered Nurse
Julia, originally from South Carolina, has called Cornelius, North Carolina, home since 2019. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina in 2011. Following graduation, Julia began her nursing career at Baptist Easley Hospital, where she worked on the medical-surgical floor.
Her journey then took her to the San Francisco Bay Area, where she worked as a travel nurse before transitioning to a role as a Hospice RN Case Manager. After the birth of her first child, Julia chose to stay home to care for her children, who are now 5 and 7 years old.
In January 2025, Julia joined Helia Health, excited to embark on this new chapter in her career. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her golden retriever Leo and cat Teddy Bear. She is also passionate about staying active, with hobbies such as playing tennis and practicing yoga.
