Helia is a purposely small practice, built for the kind of care that unfolds over years of partnership — a clinical team to guide you as your medical needs change through the shifts and seasons of life.  Our memberships are annual to reflect the longitudinal nature of this care. 

We keep our panels limited so that when you come to us, you get extended time, direct access between appointments, and clinicians who genuinely know your history, your goals, and what you are navigating right now.  Because this type of care is not possible in the traditional medical setting, we regretfully do not accept insurance.

You can see us in person at our Cornelius, NC office or by telehealth from anywhere in North Carolina — whichever fits your week.​​

Payment and Insurance

Helia Health does not bill insurance directly; however, all visits are eligible for insurance submission.  We can provide you with superbills that includes the necessary service and diagnosis codes required for submission to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA may be used depending on your individual plan.  Any labs, imaging, or prescriptions ordered will be processed through your insurance as usual.
