What We Offer

Helia Health is a direct patient care practice which means we are out of network with all insurance companies.  This model allows for you to get the true value and  expertise in an unhurried and personalized manner. 

For Dr. Haddad:

This visit is for you if you are experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause and are a new patient, and have not seen Dr. Haddad at Helia or elsewhere in the last 3 years.

For Dr. Vlasic:
This visit is for you if you are experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause and are a new patient.

Duration:   60 minutes

Our chance to assess your treatment response and refine the plan as needed. This visit is for any patient who has seen Dr. Haddad at any location in the last 3 years, or for those who have already completed a new patient consultation with Dr. Vlasic and are scheduling a follow-up with her.

A personalized consultation focused on optimizing nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management. Ideal for those navigating menopause or looking to be proactive in how to prepare for the menopause transition.

*All new consultation prices will now reflect our annual concierge membership fee of $300.  This annual fee allows us to provide a true concierge care experience.  Key benefits include direct access to providers through the patient portal for health-related questions as well as prescription management and refills. We’re excited to offer this model to ensure our patients receive continuous, high-quality, and personalized care.

Payment & Insurance

While Dr. Haddad does not process insurance, all visits are billable.  After each visit you will receive a "Superbill" providing the details of services rendered that your insurance will require to submit for possible out-of-network coverage.  HSA and FSA funds can be used for the entirety of the visit cost. All labs, imaging and prescriptions will be submitted to your insurance company as usual.
