What We Offer
Helia Health is a direct patient care practice. This model allows for you to get the true value of Dr. Haddad's expertise in an unhurried and personalized manner. You will communicate exclusively with Dr. Haddad who will be accessible to you via a secure patient portal, text messaging or e-mail. Prior to your visit you will receive paperwork to complete in order for Dr. Haddad to review your health history prior to your visit, allowing more time to delve into what is most important to you.
This visit is for you if you are experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause and have not seen Dr. Haddad at Helia or elsewhere in the last 3 years.
Cost: $500
Duration: 1 hr
Our chance to assess your treatment response and refine the plan as needed. For any patient who has seen Dr. Haddad at any location in the last 3 years.
Cost: $300
Duration: 30 minutes
Payment and Insurance: While Dr. Haddad does not process insurance, all services provided are billable. After each visit you will receive a "Superbill" providing the details of services rendered that your insurance will require to submit for possible out-of-network coverage. HSA and FSA funds can be used for the entirety of the visit cost. All labs, imaging and prescriptions will be submitted to your insurance company as usual.
