Helia Health is a medical practice dedicated to the management of the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.
We are located in Cornelius, NC and offer both in-person and telehealth visits. Telehealth is available to anyone located in the state of North Carolina at the time of their visit.

What Makes us Different?
The traditional healthcare model has failed women at midlife in many ways. First, physicians are undertrained in recognizing and treating the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. Second, the insurance reimbursed model does not value time spent with patients as much as it does procedures. At Helia we are dedicated to having the time needed to provide this care in the safe and effective way that more time together requires.
