Menopause Coaching Series

I am excited to offer a series of group menopause health coaching sessions with Liz Mazzoni!
In our visits we often talk about lifestyle approaches that are beneficial during perimenopause and menopause, but those can be easier said than done. The role of a health coach is to offer guidance and support in how to implement these changes into your daily routine.
Each session will be 1hr long in a live online group format. At the end of each session I will facilitate a Q&A from the audience with Liz.
Cost:
$90 for the series of 5 coaching sessions
We recommend that to get the most out of this series that you purchase the bundle of all 5 sessions. You can purchase an individual session for $20 if desired based on topic.
